Since many years, euroTECH GmbH is requested as supplier of vacuum components and systems to the furniture industry. Handling of laminated boards, raw boards, MDF or OSB, euroTECH GmbH has the right product for all of these demands and the knowhow how to handle those work pieces safe and quickly. In conjunction with the design engineer of the machine, the right vacuum components are selected.
Depending on the product which is lifted and the production speed, a vacuum pump or side channel blower will be selected. We have a large selection on vacuum valves, suitable for high vacuum and low vacuum with high flow. It is very important to select the correct vacuum valve in order to achieve quick suction and release. Suction plates in many shapes, diameters and special design are available and manufactured and assembled to the requirement and need. Besides that, euroTECH GmbH supplies also complete, ready to install frames for stacking systems incl. vacuum generator, valves and suction plates. The complete frames are just installed and electrically connected.
