Very often euroTECH GmbH supplies vacuum components and complete frames for robot systems especially in the furniture industry. The frames are made of aluminum profiles and are delivered ready to install. Depending on the furniture plate size, the weight and speed, the layout is done in close cooperation with the robot supplier.
In general the frames are supplied with suction cups, vacuum valves and sensors. The adapter to mount the aluminum frame onto the robot is custom made, depending on the type of robot. In general the vacuum is generated by installed venturi pumps. We take care, that the aluminum frame is as light as possible in order to realize quick movement and secure handling of the plates.
