The south German based company euroTECH GmbH supplies all vacuum components needed to build large vacuum lifting devices as needed in the steel and ship building industry.
Our series of suction plates type XL consist of nine types of suction plates from diameter 200 mm up to diameter 920 mm, which are mounted against steel base plates by means of steel screws. With our largest suction plate we reach a carrying capacity of 3800 kg. Besides that, there is also one oval type of suction plate available with size 410 mm x 810 mm. The suction plate rubber seals have a vulcanized steel ring with threaded holes and M12 inside thread for mounting against the steel base plate. All our seals have support ribs on the outer rubber lip to stabilize and prevent deformation and quick damage. Besides those large suction plates euroTECH supplies also the suitable vacuum pumps, vacuum valves and all other parts needed to build such large lifting devices. On request, we do the design and steel work. All equipment will comply with DIN EN 13155.
